"Swachta hi sewa hai" campaign kick started at doda.

Doda, Septmeber 15: District Administration doda today carried a sanitation drive under the banner of "Swachta hi sewa hai" campaign from District Hospital here.

Deputy Commissioner Bhawani Rakwal, SSP Doda Mohd Shabir, SP(HQ) Vinay Kumar, CMO Doda Wajid Ali, DSP HQ Iftikhar, EO Municipal Committee Doda, Police Jawans and sweepers of Municipal committee doda participated in the drive.

Deputy Commissioner inspected the hospital wards and checked sanitation system of the hospital. He requested the patients & their attendants to keep Hospital neat and clean besides asked them to dispose off the garbage properly.

Deputy commissioner said the sanitation drive at DH hospital was a part of the fortnight long swachta drive and more such programmes have been chalked out to be held by various departments at different places during the course.

Earlier DDC Bhawani Rakwal along with other officers of Police, Army and district administration flagged off a swachh Bharat Mission rally from Boys HSS. About 700 students from various educational institutions holding banners and placards depicting various themes related to neat and clean environment participated in the event.
