RDD jk BaNk Organises 'Digi Dhan Mela' RDD, JK Bank at Kastigarh

To sensitize the people regarding cashless transactions, an awareness camp under “Digi Dhan Mela” was jointly organized by J&K Bank Branch Kastigarh and Rural Development Department Kastigarh at Government Higher Secondary School Kastigarh.
Principal Govt HSS Kastigarh Nek Ram, Naib Tehsildar Kastigarh Kuldeep Singh, Incharge J&K Bank branch Kastigarh Rizwan Tasdaq, Bhupinder Singh, Mohd Hanief, and from Rural Development Department Kastigarh
Fareed Ahmed, Khursheed Ahmed, Mohd Shafiq, Bhushan Singh Revenue officials, VLWs and locals of the area attended the awareness programme.
While speaking on the occasion, Incharge J&K bank Branch Kastigarh Rizwan Tasdaq stressed upon the people to make digital transactions/payments by way of UPI, USSD, POS, Mobile banking, e- banking, e- wallet etc.
He also informed the people about USSD and exhorted upon them to adopt this method for doing digital transactions. Freed Ahmed VLW also sensitized the people about uses of cashless payment/ transactions. He also elaborated the Digi Dhan Mela.
He also informed the participants about the different modes of cashless transactions and appealed the people to give full cooperation in promoting and adopting Digital/ Cashless programme.
