J&K Police top brass condemns killing in the name of ‘Azaadi'

SRINAGAR: 
Abdul Rasheed, 59 year old Assistant Sub Inspector of Jammu and Kashmir Police was martyred in firing done by the militants in the name of "Azaadi". The brave police officer was doing his duty in order to feed the family by earning an honest living.

Surprisingly, the self-styled Kashmiri separatists will still have the guts to defend this killing with stupid arguments but the question arises, what kind of "Azaadi" are Kashmiris looking for? Does "Azaadi" demands the killing of their own people?

It is shameful if Kashmiri fundamentalists would still have the guts to defend the irreparable loss caused to the family of the martyr and his sacrifice for the country.

These people involved in killing brave police officers in the name of "Azaadi" are the enemies of humanity and brotherhood. Their main aim is to divulge the spirit and commitment of people to bring peace and harmony for the fellow citizens. ASI Abdul Rasheed's supreme sacrifice will be always be remembered by the citizens.

The teary eyes of his children shook many hearts and raised many questions which need to be asked in order to end this suffering done in the name of "Azaadi". Many top officers of the J&K Police department, journalists and public personalities condemned the killing and appealed people to follow the right path instead of falling prey to the pseudo-leaders.
