After that RAJESHWAR SINGH and Manoj Sharma visit at Bhagwah.
First Abvpians decide to  visit at Girls Upper primary high School where Abvpians met with staff of high school, Staff prcolaimed that high school is alleged lack of infrastructure high school is of two stories in next floor no fencing till the high school Is build. Teaching staff of Girls School angry about present government and administration too.
'Many times administration Doda visit here and talking about development and improvements in infrastructure like fencing and ground facility but till their was no positive action it is like that administration Doda ridicule with educational system, Teaching staff of high school said'.
Then Manoj Sharma and Rajeshwar Singh visit at Bhagwah higher secondary after long conversation with head of the institution and other contractual as well permanent teaching staff and interaction with students. They mentioned that higher secondary is running with unavailability of lectrueres staff where total 14 posts in favour of higher secondary bagwah and 12 are vaccant. Students expose that we are enduring our life hardening problem it is not about today but last 10-15 years the condition is same.
we don't saw any laboratory and library facility in our higher secondary, even panic students and staff mentioned their institution facing infrastructure problem too. Students ready to arrive on roads to done change in ground They said that we have daily basis travelling distance is of 9-10 km in morning and same evening without any transportation facility'. RAJESHWAR SINGH and Manoj Sharma  marched toward dessa which is almost 60-70 km away from Doda headquarter. Dessa commuinty known for their everlasting inherit. Abvpians visit Dessa boys higher secondary Dessa is running due to unavailability of staff, ground where no ground facility.
After interacting with general public of dessa According to local of dessa and students. They mentioned That we never saw the Head of Higher secondary and  no laboratory and library facility provided to students.
RAJESHWAR SINGH added in his speech that now it's  time to change and he assault  to present government that all these happening due to failure of government. He said that  students community must have to emerge or we can say we students have to arrived on road and make obnoxious protest against  the real face of hostile government. He also  aware students about their privileged rights in each higher secondaries. Abvp team decided to submit a memorandum regarding the ridicule future of students made by present Govt.
Through the medium of memorandum Abvpians expose unavailability of all these above  mentioned demands of panic students rather it is about Teaching staff, Laboratory, library's ground, fencing, school buses, Bad school infrastructure, and many genuine demands fulfill in a given days otherwise ABVP Doda decided to protest against administration as well government. After long scenario and everlasting experience in a single day, rajeshwar Singh and Manoj sharma added that we must take a strict action against Present government if they fail go full fill our demands.
