Kishtwar Police Arrested 40 year old Man for Raping a minor five year girl
RAPE INCIDENT AT KISHTWAR
In a shocking rape incident, Kishtwar police late last night arrested 40 year old year youth for raping a five year old minor girl in Akhyarabad locality of Kishtwar town.
As per the details available with “VALLEY DODA”, the incident that shook the people of Kishtwar District comes after the terrified minor girl reveals the incident to her mother following which her father lodged a written complaint against the accused identified as Ishtaq Ahmed Hajjam son of late Ghulam Abass resident of Akhyarabad locality in Ward No. 13 of Kishtwar Municipality.
As per the complaint lodged by the poor father of the victim (name withheld), the girl on Tuesday was playing with her brother on the roof top of the house where they were putting up on rent on rent in the neighborhood house adjacent to the home of accused when the accused lure the minor brother of the victim by providing him a ball and asked him to go down.
The complainant further reveled that in the meantime, the accused with bad intension first rub the body of the victim followed by rubbing her private parts with hands and figures. The accused further goes ahead by shockingly naked his private part and started rubbing it on private part of the girl with an unsuccessful attempt to penetrate his penis into the private part of the girl after the accuse got suspicious about the movement of some persons.
After the incident took place, the family members noticed that the victim minor girl was terrified and the family tried to know the reason for the same, but the terrified girl didn’t tell anything to her mother or any other family member.
The complainant reveals that when yesterday the girl along with her mother refuse to walk through the house of the accused, the mother got suspicious and on inquiry, the minor girl narrated the incident to her mother who was shell shocked and brought the matter into the notice of her husband who was running a vendor shop.
After coming to know about the incident, the father of the victim approaches Sameer Jeelani, Station House Officer Police Station Kishtwar and lodge a written complaint with police following which the FIR No. No.59/2017 U/s 376 RPC was registered at Police Station Kishtwar.
As soon as SHO Police Station Kishtwar Sameer Jeelani came to know about this rape shocker, he without wasting anytime conducted the raid at the house of the accused at around 10.30 PM and arrested him.
The accuse is unmarried and has a past mental sickness history.
When contacted a senior Police Officer in Kishtwar confirmed the incident added that the accused has been arrested soon after the matter was brought into the notice of Police. He said that the accused has confessed the crime. He said that the minor girl also narrated the tragic story which not only gives sleepless night to family members, but also to them. He said that the medical examination of the girl was also conducted and said that his condition is stable added that girl and her family is in deep shock.
