Today a meeting was held with honourable minister of state Sh. Sunil kumar sharma. In this meeting the distt convener ABVP kishtwar Sourav kotwal with GDC Kishtwar college president Sanchit sharma and his college team, also the president of Govt polytechnic college Kishtwar Mr. Ravi sharma raised many issues related to their respective colleges and gave the memorandum to the honourable minister and he assured the students that he will definitely take action and will do all possible help for developing the educational structure of the college and also the students have given him ultimatum that if our demands will not get fulfilled then we will take another step. Students also mentioned that we don't want fake promises we want work on the ground level so that our future will be safe. Here are few points on which we discussed
1.Infrastructure
2.renovation of college auditorium
3.hostel facilities for both boys and girls
4.security outside the college campus to keep eye on eve-teaser
5.Demand for teacher in polytechnic college
6.instruments for practical work in college
7. Proper labs facilities in polytechnic College.
8. Sports facilities both in GDC kishtwar and polytechnic College kishtwar
These were the demands raised by the students
After these problems sourav kotwal raise strongly the issue of HSS Padder and said that the building of higher secondary school Padder is totally demaged and more than 1200 students are studying and are totally unsafe.
And students are hoping a positive response of the minister. And on reacting to the situation minister said that he will make an official visit to the college and will inspect the college accordingly and ensured that he will take further steps. Other who remain present in meeting are city general secretary Rohan Parihar, vice president Ajeet Rathore, Sandeep sharma, Amit Ji, Nitesh Ji, Millian Ji and many others.
