Today Rajeshwar Singh ABVP College Incharge and Mr. Manoj sharma Abvp college President submit a memorandum to ADC Mohd. Hanief Malik Doda. In which abvp delegated team mentioned that abvp welcomes the decision of university of academic council as we kept demanding  choices for the students in our resolution also but at the same time considering the actual situation on the ground.

CBCS- 'Choice based credit System' is to provide  choice to study one optional subject apart from their mainstream subject's. It's motive  is to acquire knowledge of the subject of one's choice also. But if we analyse the present scenario of the education system where we don't have choice to study subjects of our mainstream in the campuses.

 ABVP is always in the field against the commercialism of education. The state working committee have planned to move in the direction of improving education system. 
ABVP welcomes the decision of academic council of approving CBCS system in UG courses but at the same time it is not more than a joke with the career of the students.

The colleges in the state are already facing worst conditions whether it's academics, infrastructure, choices in the stream courses and instead of improving them the Council had approved new mechanism for generating funds. 

It is not basically a choice for the students but for the choice for the financial departments.
Further, RAJESHWAR SINGH said that the working committee also discussed and planned to move in the direction to provide ceiling to the private schools fee structures. 
ABVP demands that the Council should keep this CBCS system in abeyance until the basic things improved and if it is not so, ABVP will lead a movement against these
